A well run and pleasant location and tour of the factory. The basic tour costs about $25 with tax and lasted just over an hour. It was educational, although what you saw was mostly staged although the 3 whiskeys we had were real enough. This is Not dog friendly tours or buildings contrary to some comments. Good overall experience.

Amazing tour with Sydney for the Fred B Noe innovation tour. She went into some of the history behind the line and shared some really cool stories. Very knowledgeable and open. We left some notes when we booked and it was clear that she read them, which informed our tasting at the end. This isn’t just another bourbon tour. Very highly recommended!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I'll be honest – I'm not a fan of Jim Beam whiskey. But the James B. Beam Distillery? Absolutely worth visiting! I've been several times, and each visit leaves me impressed. With over 225 years of tradition and craftsmanship, the James B. Beam Distilling Co. truly brings bourbon history to life.

From the moment you step into the modern Outpost building, you're welcomed with genuine hospitality. The architecture beautifully blends old and new. Downstairs, there’s a thoughtfully curated gift shop offering exclusive bourbons and unique souvenirs.

Upstairs, the bar is stylish and cozy – the perfect spot to enjoy a handcrafted cocktail, even if you’re not a bourbon enthusiast. Every detail feels intentional and inviting.

Outside, the grounds are beautifully maintained, with open green spaces and relaxing views of the distillery. The on-site restaurant, The Kitchen Table, is top-notch – fantastic food in a warm, welcoming setting. And if you take a stroll up the hill, you’ll find a peaceful spot near the historic Beam family home with a scenic view over the whole property.

The distillery tour is a real highlight. It’s engaging, informative, and gives a deep dive into the art of bourbon-making – from raw ingredients to the final product. Along the way, you get to taste a variety of spirits, from classics like Jim Beam White Label to premium selections like Knob Creek and Basil Hayden’s. At the end, there’s a special treat: fill your own bottle of Knob Creek 120 Proof Single Barrel Reserve, seal it with warm wax, and press your fingerprint into the top – a unique, personal souvenir.

All in all, a surprisingly fantastic experience – even for someone who doesn’t drink Jim Beam. Highly recommended!

One of Americas oldest distilleries making Bourbon for over 200 years. Very well developed tour showcasing the distilling process, from mash making, fermentation, distillation, and storage buildings. Loads of information from early beginning showcasing the development of the bourbons and whiskey over the years. Samples are given to taste at each stage during the tour, not like most that do the taste testing at the end.
You can watch a small bottling line fill a bottle of Knob Creek and personalize the wax cap with your fingerprint, and purchase it in the gift shop after the tour.
I strongly recommend making a stop at Jim Beam to tour the facility and property when on the Bourbon Trail!!

Great place to pick up & deliver. They always get you in & out within an hour. There have been several times they've loaded the trailer within 15-20 minutes. Great management 👏

Definitely want to go back. Allergies were going crazy and I was not able to fully enjoy the food and drink.
If you go, ask for Lucy, she is the most amazing service person I have met. If her bosses read this, give her a raise!! She is awesome.

Our tour at the Jim Beam Distillery in Clermont, KY, was absolutely fantastic! It was the perfect blend of history, tradition, and modern manufacturing, showcasing both the legacy of old-style distilling and the impressive scale of Jim Beam’s global reach. Seeing the craftsmanship behind one of the most iconic bourbon brands in the world was truly an unforgettable experience.

Our tour guide, Falcon, was outstanding—knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about the Beam legacy. One of the highlights was the unique tasting experience along the tour rather than at the end, which made each stop even more enjoyable. The bourbon itself was incredible, and I was thrilled to get a personalized bottle of Knob Creek Single Barrel, complete with my fingerprint in the sealing wax and a laser-engraved message to commemorate the occasion.

If you’re a bourbon lover or just appreciate a well-crafted tour, Jim Beam Distillery is a must-visit. Highly recommend this experience—5 stars all the way!

What an amazing place! We visited today and stopped by both the gift shop and the restaurant and were so happy with both! The restaurant was lovely and the staff were friendly. The gift shop was large and well stocked with allocated bottles available for purchase. The history of the distillery was amazing. We will definitely be back for a tour

While the food was ok, the atmosphere and service was great. For the price we paid, the burger was just a burger, I did ask for no tomato but got tomato anyway and the fries were good, but nothing to special. While my wife had the sliders, she said the sliders were juicy it had no sauce. The appetizer was probably the best thing we got, fried spiced bread with some cheese spread. Over all, it was ok, nothing to special to say the least

Our tour guide, Nikki, was very knowledgeable and entertaining. We were taken through every step of the distilling process and then were offered the opportunity to bottle our own bottle of Knobb Creek. Tour is interactive and very educational. Every staff member was very polite. Facility was spotless. Highly recommend this opportunity.

I have been on many tours on the bourbon trail and this one was incredible! Darrin was our tour guide and he was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, personable and very passionate about Jim Beam Distillery, the process and the history. I was able to bottle a 9 year bourbon and got the bottle engraved. I decided to get two, one for display and one to drink. Thanks Darrin for a great tour!
