Rather than take another distillery tour, we opted to have lunch here on the Jim Beam campus and order drinks from the bar. The food was delicious as were the seasonal drinks with their bourbons. The waitstaff was attentive and it wasn’t busy at all on the Sunday we stopped here.
Had a great early dinner there yesterday. Staff was fun and food was great. Of course we tried many different seasonal bourbon mixed drinks and they were all delicious. Would recommend it to anyone.
If you get a chance, after your tour of the distillery, you must stop in and get something to eat. First, it was decorated for Christmas beautifully and they had Christmas music playing. The ambience was just lovely. Our server was so sweet and attentive. We went soon after they opened for Lunch. My husband ordered the smoked brisket with the charred corn relish. He took one bite and asked me if I wanted a bite because there would be none left. It was so darn good. And we smoke...
