We are not from the area but just happened across Bert’s. Food was excellent. The Bert burger was one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while. Onion rings were top notch.

We went in tonight to try this place out due to hearing all the good reviews. I had never been there before. We went in and sat down at a table. We sat for at least 15 minutes with ZERO acknowledgment. There were 3 other tables with patrons eating and a few people at the bar. The server walked past us twice (2 trips to and from the table behind us to take food and refill drinks) and never came to our table or even acknowledged we were sitting there.
