Extremely unprofessional experience at Chan’s Asian Wok. From the moment I walked in, the staff showed no effort to provide proper service or hospitality. The food was bland and unappealing, and when I expressed my concerns, the response was dismissive and rude. The lack of professionalism was worse than the food itself. Very disappointing and I will not be returning.
This was my first time and last time here! I politely paid for my food and left. The owner clearly needed the $12 more than me. What he doesn’t realize is he just lost out on so much more! SMH. Customer service goes a long way in this industry sir. I wish you well!

Today, I ordered the orange chicken with brown rice and medium sauce. The food was delicious and the price reasonable. Even though my order was pickup, I could see the restaurant is very clean, has a nice atmosphere, and the staff is very welcoming. I highly recommend Chan’s Asian Wok in Cold Spring, KY. I’ve eaten here before, but will definitely do so in the future.

Wish I would have went with my gut instinct. I had a promo so I thought I would roll the dice.Terrible Mistake!!.Orange chicken tastes nothing like orange chicken and tasted old and microwaved. The fried rice looks like white rice and tastes like straight salt. The crab rangoon was burnt ,fried in old grease and what little filling was in them tasted like powdered garlic ,I tasted no cream cheese what so ever..Don't be duped by the Uber Eats reviews like I was. Also no fork,or spoon,or napkin on a delivery order ,luckily I was home and had access to eating utensils

I have been around the area my whole life and honestly for whatever reason the last few times we have eaten here, it just seems like it’s not what it once was. My wife straight up doesn’t like it and even I feel like it’s just not that good any more. I know as a kid we loved going here but now it’s by far the closest Chinese restaurant but we’re willing to drive an extra 10-15 minutes to go somewhere else that offers bigger portions of better food at essentially the same price. Kindof unfortunate as I personally don’t like driving. I’m sure we will be back because it’s convenient and hopefully things get better and I can fix this review.

Inedible. The Mongolian beef was a very poor quality meat. All gristle, grey in color and slimy. The chicken in the orange chicken and Tao’s chicken had no flavor other than extreme sodium. Burn your tongue sodium. None of the four things we ordered were meant to be consumed by humans that have taste buds. Will not be ordering anything from there again. I give up.

Very expensive Sat lunch. However, my sesame chicken was delicious. But don't pay the extra money for fried rice. It is only rice with soy sauce. Maybe a couple little pieces of egg. No veggies or onions like we are used to.
This meal is worth every bit of $10. Never again!

The "Hibachi steak" as shown in my photo was kind of a joke for $16.00.
Hot & sour soup was pretty good.
Definitely Better off spending $ somewhere else though.
The food was wonderful with friendly staff.

My wife and I have been coming to Chan's for years. Last night she had chicken fried rice and I had teriyaki chicken with rice. Both dishes were fresh, cooked well, and tasted great.
