Me and my kids really enjoy this particular Dunkin’ location. The staff is usually really friendly. Today specifically, around 6:00 p.m. the two girls working were extremely friendly. They made two of the drinks I ordered on accident, and instead of throwing it away, they let my daughter have it 😊

The crew members aren’t very friendly. They never smile so it just makes us think Dunkin’ Donuts hires anyone. When I left I said bye have a great day and not one person said anything back. It was silent. People have bad days I get it but this is every time I visit there.

I have tried to give this place second chances but every order I have gotten from there has something wrong with it. It’s either missing items, drinks are wrong, something’s missing or the employee’s make it seem like I am an inconvenience for even walking through their door.

Have been multiple times and have had issues with every order. Drink is missing flavor, missing cold foam, bagel minis are freezing cold… Ordered one caramel iced latte with bagel minis last time and there was one car in front of me yet the drink was missing caramel and the bagels were freezing, even after asking for them to be warmed up. Won’t be back

The doughnuts and munchkins where stale we didn't get the correct ones we ordered either. The drinks where okay. Tried this dunkin after a break due to a bad experience at a different one. Definitely don't think we will be back.

Wish we could give 0 stars. The cashier at the window (high school age) was extremely rude to my fiancé when she told her that she hadn’t received her whole order (she ordered food and coffee and had only been handed her coffee without a straw). She literally said “well what else did you order?” in a super condescending tone and then after we said she had a bagel, the cashier said “well I’m not the making the food”. She then walked away. After pulling to the second window (which we did so we weren’t holding the line up; not at the direction of the girl who just upped and walked off) and waiting an additional five minutes, another worker (super nice) brought the one bagel we were waiting on. Terrible experience; will never go again.

Twice ive ordered ahead for pickup, pay for food, and get to the window and dont even have what was ordered.
Was at the drive thru and the woman on the speaker was so rude, no one else was in line and she wouldn't give me time to look at the menu, kept rushing me and asking me if she could help me in ordering, my son was with me, she kept getting on the speaker like six times, what happened to, take your time and let me know when you are ready to order, I got so frustrated I said never mind and she said don't ever come back, has the nerve to tell me that there is a time limit in the drive thru,lol , I went to the next one in Alexandria Kentucky, had no problem there, will never ever go to this location again!!

This location can’t even get an order right. I went thru drive thru and ordered almond spiced coffee 4 sweet n lows. Once received realized it was containing pumpkin. So I went back thru and asked for no pumpkin. What I received back was no sweet n low pond water.. this location sucks

I try and try to give this place a chance but I’m tired of wasting my money. I came through to get the hot honey wraps. I ordered NO EGG due to an ALLERGY and of course, egg is still put on the wraps. Luckily I didn’t bite into it right away. This isn’t the first time this is happened and I will not be coming back. It’s an absolute joke.

I come to this location at least 3-4 times a week and they are always so nice! I’ve had a few times where they don’t make my drinks/ food correctly but every times it’s happened the manager calls and always makes it right. I love this location and I’ll make the extra 10 minute drive just to go to this location! Super clean also.
