Since this new GM has taken over this place is terrible. They leave you waiting forever before they even acknowledge you. The food is disgusting. They are all either outside smoking or just to busy flirting with their staff to help anyone. One of the employees even said that the new GM can't run the store because she's to busy trying to sleep with her staff. Which is why she over looks the fact that 95% of them are either coming in completely high, or just getting drunk and smoking...read full review
First off, our server was a delightful person. That’s where it all ends.
Slow to get seated. 40 minutes to get our food. Daughter ordered something with a cheesecake filling, but was told it wasn’t thawed yet. Offered lemon ricotta. Less than 5 minutes later the table next to us was offered either/ or. My son asked to delete two items from his omelet, both were included after being served. There’s a young lady name Brenda works there and she is a awesome waitress very helpful and great service. Recommend her and the cold Springs IHOP to everyone.
