As I approached the lottery machine to get a couple tickets out of it, The lady that was on the clock that works behind the service desk I was standing next to it scratching tickets so I went to go put my money in, and she told me I’ve got money and there still being used. not this Kroger ...... I shop at Kroger almost daily . the guy argued with me that the buy 5 save $5 items I picked up were digital only and I know for a fact that they weren't my mother picked up the same items two days ago and it took the money off. I'll be shopping at either Florence (My Zion or erlanger) even though I live in Cold Springs

I have written 5 books on customer service and I am Yelp Elite. Those who have read my books or my post know that I will generally lean to the positive and give companies the benefit of doubt.
