LaRosa's Pizza Cold Spring

For the past three visits, our family has been in and been treated like garbage for our party size. They have seating and say that we have to wait longer or pay for a room. Instead of keeping those tables, they will those seats making our wait longer. What the heck?! Your company is losing hundred of dollars when we leave due to this issue.

Good is good, staff could be a bit friendlier and atmosphere is what you would expect from this chain. I recommend and will return.

Typically good food here if your a pizza and spaghetti fan. I did have an issue with several pick up orders. The online app allows you to make adjustments to the order such as cook well done. This apparently is ignored. As several attempts later nothing has been cooked well done. The pie doesn't look bad in the box but as soon as you try to get it out it's a floppy mess. No complaints about toppings or sauce. Also didn't receive the juice and cookies with a kids meal order. Small mistakes happen and adjustment can be made. I hope they are because this is typically a four or five star rate worthy place.

Parking: Depending on the time space is limited.

I grew up in western hills with Buddy in the 50s. Love the Boudinot original. Now I live in Alexandria ky & had lunch there. Pictures of my classmates are still on the wall, but the food has changed so much that I don't want to go back. I ordered the chicken rotini. It was awful. Watched my friend try to eat a steak hoagie that had no marinara sauce. Shame on LaRosa's.

Pricing is an issue everywhere and larosas is by far no exception with pastas almost doubling in cost recently, but our server could use some pointers in bedside manner. We got the feeling we were interrupting her day by coming in. When we were ready to leave the idea was to take a couple to-go beverages with us but she never returned. Not the worst service but definitely not the best.

Rude drive thru staff during free medium cheese promotion. Pizza looks like it was made, cut, and cooked by a 4 year old. Half of the free medium pizza had no cheese, the crust was not cooked how it usually is. No garlic on crust and no crunch. After working 12 hours today I thought larosas would be worth it. Never again, terrible decision to visit this location.

Ordered pizza thru app. Got there a little early so had to wait a couple of minutes. They were busy that evening but my pizza was ready when app. said it would be. Good carryout Service .

Parking: Extra large parking lot, handycap parking close to door for the people who need it.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are a few Wheelchair ramps from parking lot to sidewalk around the restaurant.

My food was not in a bag, boxes just handed to me at the window. I asked for a bag and it was just handed to me. No words
When I got home my sandwich came with extra pickles instead of extra sauce and lettuce that I didn’t ask for.
I then called corporate and spoke with a supervisor. They were rude and spoke over me the entire time.
