Typically good food here if your a pizza and spaghetti fan. I did have an issue with several pick up orders. The online app allows you to make adjustments to the order such as cook well done. This apparently is ignored. As several attempts later nothing has been cooked well done. The pie doesn't look bad in the box but as soon as you try to get it out it's a floppy mess. No complaints about toppings or sauce. Also didn't receive the juice and cookies with a kids...
Pricing is an issue everywhere and larosas is by far no exception with pastas almost doubling in cost recently, but our server could use some pointers in bedside manner. We got the feeling we were interrupting her day by coming in. When we were ready to leave the idea was to take a couple to-go beverages with us but she never returned. Not the worst service but definitely not the best.
During my recent visit to LaRosa's, I had the pleasure of being served by one of their outstanding staff members Annie. From the moment I walked in, she made sure that my dining experience was exceptional.
