O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

I placed a curbside order on Saturday (Dec. 20) and like the handful or previous orders it was a very positive experiences . This review is motivated by two things that stood out most..one very positive, and one minor. The minor issue is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars..

First, the service as usual was excellent..My order was brought out to my car within seconds of arriving, and the woman who delivered it was friendly, smiling, and professional. Based on her attire and demeanor, I believe she was a manager. Seeing a manager personally bringing out curbside orders during a slower part of the nigh really speaks volumes about leadership and brand representation. Most guests rarely see managers unless there’s an issue, so this level of visibility and willingness to step in builds real customer trust. It sets the tone for the entire restaurant and shows pride in both the team and the guest experience. Most guests are local to this area, so restaurants are not only serving guests but serving the community they are part of...The food itself was great. I ordered the New Orleans Cajun Chicken Pasta, and it was cooked perfectly—the chicken was tender, the pasta flavorful, and the dinner rolls soft and fresh.

That said, I do want to share one small concer... While the pasta tasted great, it was served in what looked like a large soup-bowl-style to-go container. Visually, it resembled a side dish or small salad rather than a full dinner entrée. I understand portions are based on weight and not container size, and this may be more perception than reality but when paying around $20 for a pasta dish, it's rather disappointing to get something these size of a michelina meals..Having ordered this several times in the past it seems as if the portion was cut in half half.

Overall, this experience doesn’t change my positive view of O’Charley’s. The food quality and service were exactly what I expect, and I’ll continue to order here understanding now to as a result of increase in coss order two meals instead of one.. As well as excellent leadership and service that deserves to be noticed even when most people wouldn’t.

I do like this location. I don't go to a lot of chains, but i do enjoy the occasional O'Charley's. Service and food were good

My mother just got home and she's been sick every since eating inside like on the toilet sick . I got potato soup too 2 of them and each have no flavor which is not what I usually get at other locations. Very disappointed

Subpar, use to love coming here but my food wasn’t cooked right and the server/bartender was just okish

Another disappointing curbside order. Ordered the family-size chicken fingers with fries and salad. This is billed as feeding 6. Not a chance--the portion will feed about 4. The price has increased, and the portions have shrunk. Arrived a few minutes after the scheduled time, and I still had to wait 10 minutes for them to bring the food--at 8 pm so it wasn't exactly busy.

My daughter & I picked up food from this location and got curbside which was great! The gentleman who brought out our food was kind and our food was great!

Table was sticky when we arrived, and when our food was served there was a roach on the little drink menu that sits on the table!

I had the Cajun chicken pasta. Very tasty and huge portions. Service was great for our large group.

Would have liked some more food options. Our server was new yet really didn't try to understand serving, also stood talking for a good while before getting our food order. I had to order my drinks with the bar tender and go get them
