Service was terrible. Food is trash

Food was great but the server was somewhere else. He forgot to put in part of our order. Appetizers came out at the same time as the meal because the server forgot about them.

The food was delicious, the price was lower than other eateries, and the service was also better than other restaurants. Would recommend and will be returning.

Seriously under staffed. We were there for almost 30 minutes before our order was taken. That was a good 10 minutes after our appetizers arrived, (which was missing the celery) they were out of the prime rib I ordered, it took 15 minutes before they came and told me. We had been there 55 minutes before our food arrived. We asked for boxes and the check. We had to eat less than half our meal there at that point we had been there 1 hr 10 minutes. Thankful movies now have over 20 minutes of previews now. The manager did comp our appetizer, but made our night out stressful.

Husband ordered Ceasar salad with salmon I ordered California chicken salad. Waitress didn’t ask how he wanted salmon. We were to distracted telling her that we wanted salmon on the side. My chicken salad didn’t come when food was delivered. Watched my husband eat. Received salad strawberries were yucky looking, salad not really green. minimal pecans, mandrin oranges were few, blue cheese couldnt' find it.. all i got was grilled chicken and lettuce. Was asked what kind of pies we wanted we said apple and Carmel. Took everything home( I didn’t eat my salad took it to go) looked at pies. We got CHERRY and apple. Pie was halfway frozen and was no better than a Walmart pie. What a let down to someone that is on a diet and eats out once a week. This is the first time I left no tip. next day salad was a total pile of yuk.

The catfish was overcooked but it was brownish color on the inside! 🤢. And the coleslaw had way too much vinegar (couldn’t eat it) The steak quesadilla was good, but I ordered it without the bbq sauce! I got a peach cobbler for dessert and the peaches were so hard they crunched, and the dough tasted like it wasn’t cooked! You know a dessert is bad if I can’t eat it! When we told the waitress (nicely) all she said was “Ewwwwwh yeah I don’t like that either!” Our free dinner rolls were microwaved or something they were tough Couldn’t eat them either!
We hadn’t eaten there in years because of similar experiences, but my mom received a gift card for her birthday so we thought maybe it would be better!

My food today was pretty good and I ordered takeout for my elderly Mother. That's where everything went downhill. Our waitress said she would place our to go when we were almost finished. I also ordered potato soup to take with me to work tomorrow. We'll, she brought out our takeout in the regular size box that she had taped close. I was beginning to take the tape loose to see where my soup was when she waled back up. I said where is my soup and she said in the box..just get home here I. Bracken County and low and behold NO SOUP! I am beyond pissed..I would not have been as angry if I had not asked her and she outright lied to me.i left her a 20 percent tip that I sure wish I could get back..unbelievable.

Rolls were overdone and hard. The server was rude and blunt. Everyone’s meal (4 meals) was overcooked and rubbery. Ordered a medium steak and it was well done. Refills were nonexistent. Was never asked how the food was. Just brought the check and server waited no time for us to get payment out. Stood there and wanted us to drop what we were doing and stop enjoying conversation to pay. Not worth the money. Worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had…

Disappointed. We ordered the steak tacos and the diced steak was smaller than my half the size of my pinky nail and there was about 2 tablespoons on the entire dish. Melted with cheese that tasted like it came from a can and the chips were rancid. Had that and loaded baked potato. Our bill was 35.00 with tip. I'm hungry 2 hours later. Unfortunately, we can't eat there moving forward. We tried...ocharleys.

This is the first time we’ve been back since Covid and it was very disappointing. Took forever to get the drinks, no silverware, food took 40 minutes and we had to ask for them to check on it, and the order was incorrect. With the cost of eating out we will find somewhere else to spend our dollars
