My daughter & I picked up food from this location and got curbside which was great! The gentleman who brought out our food was kind and our food was great!

Table was sticky when we arrived, and when our food was served there was a roach on the little drink menu that sits on the table!

Would have liked some more food options. Our server was new yet really didn't try to understand serving, also stood talking for a good while before getting our food order. I had to order my drinks with the bar tender and go get them

Service terrible got my rolls and salad after the dinner was brought and rolls were hard as rocks service horrible didn’t remember anything and we wasn’t greeted till 15 min after sat never would go again

Ordered the Chicken and Maple waffle fries… absolutely disappointing and sad! No fries, chicken tenders are more like chicken nuggets. Had to basically beg for a refill, the staff seemed more interested in gossiping in the back service area. Took 45 minutes in a basically empty restaurant to get 5 simple orders (sandwiches and staple dishes) AVOID THIS PLACE OR CALL CORPORATE!!

Gotta say that I’m sorry I waited so long to attend this establishment. Definitely put Fridays to shame. Food was great and the server Cathy was on point. For once I didn’t feel suffocated by some wench pushing cheese sticks on me. Thank you O’Charleys for the wonderful seafood sampler platter and being able to dine in peace.

Stopped in at O’Charley’s in Cold Spring and had a fantastic experience! The restaurant was super clean and well-kept, which made a great first impression. The male bartender (didn’t catch his name) was absolutely awesome—super friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit even better. The food was delicious too—everything came out hot, fresh, and flavorful. Definitely planning to return soon.

We stopped and grabbed carryout on Monday. Got in the car, untied the bag and found the baby cockroach. This is only the second time ordering as the first time food looked great, this time not so much.🤢

It’s so comfortable and has good food. We had a nice waitress and we got great service.

We tried it again today to see if they had improved since re-opening but unfortunately they haven’t. Steaks were tough and not good flavor. Sides are served straight out of the can with zero seasoning. My husband’s steak didn’t even look real. He took one bite and spit it out. I’d say our days of trying again have come to an end.
