Sometimes I come to this location to study and get work done while eating my lunch. Good food and nice atmosphere. AND
One of the workers, Rob, is always so kind and accommodating. Somebody give that man a raise, because he raises the bar high for Panera!!

Robert At the Cold spring Panera in highland heights is the best. he always has a big smile and looks so glad to see his customers come in. I really appreciate him and look forward to seeing him when my husband and I come in in the mornings. him and a cinnamon crunch bagel really makes a good morning.
Ordered two salads on December 3rd. They got messed up. However they didn't hesitate to correct the order and make it right. Awesome managers. They truly cared. That's rare these days in customer service. I appreciate it very much. I suggest you give them a try if you haven't. If you have you know what a gem we have here in Campbell County

I tried using the computers to place my order myself and it took forever. On top of that my order didn’t go through so I had to go to desk and place my order.

Food tasted great. Getting the correct order (no special orders, just menu items) took a little longer. It was fixed, but we were with a larger group and had business to attend to, had to eat a little faster.

Hours posted are not correct. I've gone around 7 on more than one Sunday and they were closed. When they are open I am actually concerned about the hygiene of the employees. Long, very dirty fingernails, etc.

I typically really love Panera but this location leaves a lot to be desired. The food is always great. However, it is always dirty and not well stocked. The drink station is never supplied and often one or more of the teas or soft drinks are out of service. There is usually no one to wait on you to take your order so you are stuck ordering at the kiosk. The software on the kiosk computer has not been updated so it is asking you to give information that is no longer available such as the number on your beeper to let you know your order is ready. Although it has never been crowded when I am there, the dining room remains unattended. Yet, they are lots of people back in the prep area just talking.

They take forever and they consistently run out of things like milk, lettuce and bagels.

Placed an order from DoorDash. Store claimed it was picked up when it was not then refused to make the order for the dasher to deliver. So they messed up the order and probably allowed the worker to steal the order but then refused to make it right.

The worst experience at any Panera. I stepped up to the counter to order, and a staff member was making bagels. Completely ignored me, didn’t ask someone in the kitchen to help me - nothing. Fine, they have kiosks for you to order at. Except, they have taken the simplest sandwiches off the menu. There is no way to order a bagel with sausage on it. That’s all I wanted. Instead I had to order a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant… sub bagel, no egg no cheese (I have food allergies as I notated on my order). Thanks to their open kitchen I watched the kitchen staff see my order, roll their eyes, heard them snickering about it and waited 20minutes for my sandwich to be made.
Maybe, if someone had been available to take my order it wouldn’t have seemed so absurd to them. Maybe, Panera should allow for protein options to be added to a bagel. Won’t be back to this location. Oh and my sausage on a bagel cost me $8. Absurd.
