Snappy Tomato Pizza

I ordered the same pizza I’ve ordered every two weeks from the same location. Yesterday when I went to pick up my order, I paid, opened the box and they didn’t have my pepperoni on it. I kindly explained that it was supposed to have pepperoni. A woman came from the back to see what the issue was, then she proceeded to tell me she took the order and I didn’t ask for the pepperoni. I explained that I order the same pizza every two weeks, when she got even ruder. So I said I’d like a refund. She refused to give me my money back, when I asked if she was the manager she said “I’m the owners daughter.” Anyway, they have lost a long time customer in me.

Ordered a Beast and it came fast but the pizza was only bread cheese and toppings looked like there was just bearly any sauce on it i lifted the cheese up and only see small amounts here and there could mostly see the crust with no sauce

Nice little pizza place to eat at. They have two both tables but the majority of their business is carry out and delivery. They have a great deep-dish style pizza and their pasta and cheese bread are also really good. The staff are friendly and prices are reasonable. I’d prefer this pizza over a chain pizza restaurant like papa John’s or Little Caesars. It is easy to miss from the road since it is in a small shopping center with a gas station but it’s close to NKU (just a few miles away) so for the kiddos tired of the NKU dining facility, try this place!

Parking: The parking is shared with a gas station and a couple other stores so you may have to park down a little ways in the shopping center but what’s a fee extra steps for some quality pizza!

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a normal size ramp along the walkway in front of the store for wheelchair accessibility and the store has double doors at the front.

The pizza was wrong. I ordered a large bacon and onion, and got a large onion and half bacon??? Not sure what happened there but check this out Snappy. If I could attach the picture I took you'd understand.

they went above and beyond to write happy birthday on the box for my son 10th birthday It looked amazing!!!! food was great!
