I do not patronize Starbucks but do use Heritage Bank daily as a business customer. Starbucks has not replaced their STOP sign in over two months. This causes dangerous traffic when entering or leaving the area. Starbuck customers are oblivious to Heritage Bank customers and I have experienced many close collisions. What will it take to correct the STOP sign issue? The signs cost about $200. Small price to pay for the cost of an accident due to negligence.

I sang through Starbucks this morning and ordered a Matcha Latte with Oat Milk & Honey. The drink just tasted like milk. I took a few sips and had a large chunk of matcha powder get stuck to my tooth. I dumped out my drink, because there were so many huge chucks. Below is a picture of the bottom. While I understand this could happen if they put the honey in before the powder, I would hope they know how to mix the matcha to not have this happen. I don’t frequent Starbucks, so this was extremely frustrating to have this experiance. The staff, however, was very kind.

I order oatmeal and did not get the condiments that come with it and then my egg bites I ordered was truffle mushroom and that is definitely not what was in my bag. Very disappointed. Then I try call g the number on the website and I get nothing but a busy tone. Not sure if that is the correct number or not.

Got a large Carmel ribbon crunch. It really had no flavor. Tasted like a milk icie, with barely a hint of coffee. Then the young lady that's making my drink put whip cream in the bottom of my cup pours a little of the drink in the cup and tops with more whip cream. I bet I got the same amount as a small. When im paying this much for a coffee I would expect it to have flavor and get as much as im paying for. This is the second time I've had issues with this Starbucks and I'm done. I'd rather goto McDonald's, there's is better anyway.

This Starbucks location is consistently clean, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. My drinks are made perfectly every time, which I really appreciate. It’s also nice to see familiar faces behind the counter there doesn’t seem to be a high turnover here, and I think that consistency really shows in the quality of service and how well the drinks are made. Definitely my favorite location!

I'm not a coffee drinker, but there are plenty of options for those who dislike the humble bean.
HOWEVER! The people! The beautiful baristas! They make the whole thing. Today, for instance, and the reason for me finally biting the bullet and writing a review, is mister Luke. Luke and another barista, Savana, came out and, in the literal sweetest way, asked my friend and I if we would like some practice drinks they had made.
They took the time to leave their stations and come out to the patio area to greet us and ask if we'd like free drinks? Six stars if I could. And Casper, so wonderful to interact with! They were all absolute gems, I will definitely be coming back to this location.
