Pay for extra shots if espresso and they hand me a cup of milk… this place is awful

This Starbucks location is consistently clean, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. My drinks are made perfectly every time, which I really appreciate. It’s also nice to see familiar faces behind the counter there doesn’t seem to be a high turnover here, and I think that consistency really shows in the quality of service and how well the drinks are made. Definitely my favorite location!

I'm not a coffee drinker, but there are plenty of options for those who dislike the humble bean.
HOWEVER! The people! The beautiful baristas! They make the whole thing. Today, for instance, and the reason for me finally biting the bullet and writing a review, is mister Luke. Luke and another barista, Savana, came out and, in the literal sweetest way, asked my friend and I if we would like some practice drinks they had made.
They took the time to leave their stations and come out to the patio area to greet us and ask if we'd like free drinks? Six stars if I could. And Casper, so wonderful to interact with! They were all absolute gems, I will definitely be coming back to this location.

I’m very upset with this place and is not the first time I have this problem if you don’t have all the ingredients don’t make it with a different one I have to throw away $7 dollars cause my drink was supposed to be an oak milk shaken espresso and obviously they didn’t have the milk and did it with a different one..if I could give 0 stars to this place I will…give many chances always the same problem NEVER AGAIN

Update: This location is awesome and they brightened my day with the simple gesture of writing on my Vanilla latte cup…. We love you a latte! Thanks for making my day! Absolutely love Starbucks and the staff tends be friendly which is awesome! My drink is perfect! Highly recommend
