Why do I continue to get the wrong size drink here?? Mind you I ask for specific and extra ingredients in my drink and it's never made correctly?? yet I'm still being up-charged?? I get you all get extremely busy in the morning but this shouldn't be an ongoing issue everytime I come through the drive thru. This staff needs to pay more attention to detail when it comes to certain drinks as well as sizes and stop rushing to push orders out the window. Also I order the same thing here every time and the price of my order fluctuates so it's never consistent which makes me question a lot of things. Pls learn how to pick up the phone here!! I don't always have time to turn around and come inside and wait in a huge line for you all to get it right. Absolutely ridiculous, Do better!!

The staff on this date and time, blew us away with rudeness. We went inside to place an order but first used the dirty bathrooms. After coming out we made mention there was no soap to wash hands and they said “ya we know” they was to busy singing and using cell phones. No other customers inside or in drive thru. They even laughed with eachother and made fun of us for wanting to wash our hands I guess, but laughed and stared till we left, so we left without purchasing anything

Everyone at this location is very nice. Drinks always come out quick, and the baristas do an awesome job. I’ve only had one issue here (drink lid wasn’t on all the way and it spilled) but this location was quick to resolve the issue and was incredibly professional.

The baristas are friendly and prompt and my order is always correct and ready when I come because I order on the app. However, the music is too loud. The inside is so nice, but the loud music really makes it difficult to have any form of conversation, work, etc.

I feel as it’s common sense to give a sleeve for a hot drink. But not for the Cold Spring Starbucks. It’s like pulling teeth when I ask for a sleeve as my hand is burning as they hand me an extremely hot coffee. I will not be returning as I prefer to not be burned by my coffee.

Drinks and food are always great, and the staff is very kind.In the morning, the service is always quick and reliable as well. Unfortunately, this doesn’t seem to be the same in the afternoons. The line takes much longer to get through and my order even had to be remade once.Otherwise though, great establishment.

To the barista that made my coffee this morning and on the morning of April 8 at 6:45am- I love you and adore you. You deserve to hit every green light on the way home. You deserve to lay your precious head on a cool pillow. I cannot express everything you deserve bc the way you made my coffee was SCRUM DIDDLY YUMPTIOUSSSSS. You deserve a raise, promotion, a bonus, or keys to the company for all I care bc MUAAAAAH. You made my little coffee heart PITTER PATTER when you handed me my coffee. Just LOOOOK at that caramel drizzle. That’s what I pay extra for and you sir are a FREAKIN ROOTIN TOOTIN ROCKSTAR!!!
