Longest wait I have ever had watched 10 people walk out of store at lunch rush. 1 person ringing who takes an order, then puts that order together.

Horrible experience today after bengals game. Little girl at counter was frustrated because what looked to be a young man who was manager an the other staff was at the drive thru window laughing an acting up. The cashier actually turned around an said “ can someone please acknowledge me” she had 5 people waiting to order an no one helping her. Threw rest of food away an left in disgust.
