They didn't give me no sauce when I specifically requested some when I placed the order in the instructions and I added it to the order itself its on the receipt whats the point on eating mozzarella sticks and stuff without marinara sauce

Slow service. But that’s fine if I were to receive fresh hot food. But to wait forever and get half cold and half hot food is terrible. Also, the side service window isn’t used, they just slide the entire door over and leave it open… that is unsanitary! And I’m sure it would be a major concern for inspections… bugs, rodents, and honestly very unsafe for cash/employee safety (anyone could enter that door) Also, employees completely out of uniform; pajama pants, band t shirts, no hat/hair nets.

35 min drive through time all white castle are so slow it's very disappointing because I love the food. I keep saying I'm never going back but keep giving them another chance thinking they might have changed. This it for me.

Absolutely disgusting. Everyone standing around hanging out and the dining room is straight nasty. No White Castle is not known for being clean but this was straight disgusting! Especially when people are being paid to hang out. Get your shit together. Won't be back to this location. Nastiest restaurant i think I've ever been in. White Castle should close this location or find new management for it. Totally unacceptable.

Went there late night. The night crew was very kind and made fresh great food. This team should make the company feel proud. Only thing I have bad is the inside looks like it hasn't been updated since it was built.

There was no ice. No one said anything till we got to the window. It's 9 am I ordered three sausage breakfast sliders they asked if I wanted the egg and cheese. I was a little confused but said yes. I get home there is only cheese. If you didn't have eggs just say so if you don't have ice just say so when I am ordering. Don't charge me for things I'm not even getting. Honestly this location has been on a downhill trend for a while this is just the last straw for me.
Update: service here hasn't gotten any better as of 1/18/25 just got home food is Luke warm. Either was made hours ago and served to me at 7 pm or were thrown in A microwave and passed out the window. For the prices and portions thet should be able to make this when ordered. Honestly just not worth trying to go back here.
