Seven of my family went for dinner on Wednesday, the entire crew that was working did a super job. Great service fast delivery of the food, very pleasant to speak with.
The food is fine, just three times in a row now that we have had issues with our order either stuff left out or not as ordered.

Staff was fast and friendly. We do several road trips a month. This was the dirtiest restaurant we have been in a while, from the bathroom to the kitchen. We did carry out, not sure how clean or dirty the dinning room was.
Didnt get full order had ask for drink then didnt get all food so had go back through drive through n had wait behind car for cold fries not worth it!!!!!! N instead them bringing had wait ridiculous!!!!’n it was cold n hard n I paid $30 for fast food that was disgusting.

Came through the cold springs.White castles passed three times it's been dried out cheeseburgers, dried out fries:/ I guess it's a hit and miss of who's working! Time to straighten up! Managing needs to have a pep talk to the third shift workers thats working tonight.It's always those two that serves dried out food.

Literally the crew is so great to eachother the vibes were right and food was incredible - drive thru was on it legit the girl was so friendly and even put marinara in the bag for my mozzarella sticks( I legit forgot to ask for it she legit was the MVP of my day lol) this is why this is my favorite 🤩 White Castle! You all are awesome!
