Service was fast and friendly. Food was good. Lobby was clean and adequate. The only complaint was the store was out of ketchup. And, they had been out for two or three days. It may be minor to some, but I can’t hardly eat fries without it. If I had known this, I would have gotten a different side. Couldn’t the owner/manager went next door and bought some from Walmart until their shipment arrived?
I waited almost an hour for food they said was ready when I ordered it. The people working there acted very indifferent. No thanks or come back. No sorry for your wait. No good service at all.

My son and I were driving through Columbia and decided to get some dinner at KFC. When we pulled into the drive-thru we were told there would be a wait for chicken. We decided to eat inside since we were going to have to wait. We went inside and ordered and the staff were polite. The wait for our chicken was not too long and we enjoyed our meal.
