Only reason it isn't 5 stars is when I want the loaded fries, they claim to have no way to melt the cheese so it's half cold shredded cheese. Other than that, it's wonderful and always good.
Our family loved it! We had never heard of a Zaxby’s before as we don’t have any near where we live. We stayed at the hotel across the street which was convenient might I add. Food was very fresh, don’t believe I’ve ever had such hot, fresh food from any fast food like I did from this Zaxbys! Other brands should take note!
I recently visited Zaxby's and overall had a decent experience. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff members who were friendly and efficient in taking our orders and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal.However, I was a bit disappointed with the food. While it was okay in terms of taste, I found it to be overly salty, which detracted from my enjoyment of the meal. It would be great if they could adjust the seasoning to make it more balanced.In...
