This was the only Happy Cow option that came up when I searched at my Air BNB. I'm so glad it did! The vegan dinner option was a smoky pumpkin pasta and a lemon blueberry scone for dessert. So good! Also, they have very reasonably priced local artists. Usually, Happy Cow only allows up to 4 stars for non vegan establishments, so that's what I gave. The setting was allowing 5 stars for some reason? Love this place though!
Relaxed, casual atmosphere with sofas and comfortable seats in addition to spacious table options.

Best breakfast tacos I've had! Also best oat milk chai latte! Not many vegan options on the menu, but seems like you could make more by ordering without the dairy. They also had vegan blueberry muffins, but I didn't try them because they didn't say gf. They make all their bread and baked goods in house, including the corn tortillas for the breakfast tacos, which I saw being made right before the tacos were assembled.

PrintWithMe Print Kiosk at Folktale Coffee & Bakehouse offers a great selection of Onyx beans for specialty coffee lovers. Their pour-over options are a hit. The food is amazing too, with flavorful eggs, bacon, and sausage. The breakfast tacos are a must-try, made with homemade corn tortillas. The vegan dinner option was a smoky pumpkin pasta and a lemon blueberry scone for dessert. So good! They have good coffee with non-dairy/plant-based options. The double espresso chocolate chip brownie was phenomenal, and the maple-bourbon latte topped that. The Gravy Hash was loved. The Blueberry Fruit Infusion tea was quite flavorful as well. Everything, including the baked goods, is made in-house. The setting offers sofas and comfortable seats in addition to spacious table options.
