Got my order wrong...... One of the restaurant workers had an attitude with me because she said I need to CALM DOWN..... And like I told her you don't even know me. Don't tell me to calm down every time. You have a credit order you act like somebody's trying to get a free meal. That's not the case you messed up the order. So refund the meal or give a credit. It's that simple.

Service was better than I was expecting, I had been there before when service was horrible...sometimes, through the drive thru speaker, you can hear negative chatter amongst the workers, then rudeness when you pick your order up. I've spoken to others who have had the same issue...I know they're kids, not adults, but adolescents shouldn't be allowed where adults supervise

I don't really eat here anymore. I used to go all the time but the quality has definitely went down. Customer service is a joke. The people who take our order in the drive thru are usually rude and my order is wrong if you say something got messed up it almost feels like its your fault because that's how they make you feel and the prices you pay for the quality you revive is not worth it.

Very long wait. Drive thru order taker did not seem to want to be there. I ordered a double decker turkey and it was completely thrown together. Lettuce and turkey were hanging out the plastic container. Mayo was globed on. Absolutely disgusting.
