I'll have to come back at a better time when the donuts are fresher. I visited Saturday evening they had a limited selection. We got a few donuts; they were good for being made in the morning. They were fluffy and soft; the icing wasn't overly sweet. Will go to this place again.
Best doughnuts in the city! My wife took these to a girl's night/donut challenge in Louisville and on blind taste-testing won 5 of the 6 awards given that night. Thanks Moonrise!!!

They have the best donuts but I haven’t been impressed with service from the younger workers. The girl tonight was there the last time I was and she clearly hates talking to customers and is borderline rude. I thought I was overthinking it but my daughter even commented on it. Hopefully the junior employees can learn from the more senior employees who have always been friendly!
