They have the best donuts but I haven’t been impressed with service from the younger workers. The girl tonight was there the last time I was and she clearly hates talking to customers and is borderline rude. I thought I was overthinking it but my daughter even commented on it. Hopefully the junior employees can learn from the more senior employees who have always been friendly!

This was our first visit to Moonrise Doughnuts after hearing and reading many good reviews, so our expectations were high. We were really hoping they had stuffed Doughnuts like Oreo cream, and we saw them on their signage inside, but they said that is an old sign and they don't offer those anymore--huge letdown! The first 2 of the dozen we purchased were not fresh (Maple glazed and Fruity Pebble). The Fruity Pebbles were extremely stale, which made them inedible. The next few we tried were better, but they still fell short of our expectations and the hefty price of $20. Bottom line, for that price we would rather go to Krispy Kreme.

Me and my family went to this place and it was not very enjoyable. We wanted to get some donuts and bla bla bla. When we first got there it was hard to park. And when we got inside and got our donuts the workers were okay. But after we got our donuts and ate one or two , it was dry,stale, and it wasnt good in general. I would suggest putting them in little baggies keeping them from the air. Those donuts werent very good. Im also upset about the other reviews that I read about the manager and other things. Honestly just go get Krispy Kreme's donuts.
