I did a carryout of the cheesy calzone pizza today. This is what it looked like. You couldn't even pick up the slices. They were so thin and the toppings were falling off. I called and the manager named Luis said he could only replace it if I brought it back. I asked how do you even serve pizza like that to people and his response was, "Well, sometimes some of them slip through the cracks." simply ordered a medium cheese pizza and 2 bottles of sprite. called once, they said it was about to be on the way. called again about 45-60 minutes later, lady said it was “a new driver who also had another delivery about 15 blocks away” so i waited another 30 minutes, tried to call again. this time, they continuously picked up the phone and immediately hung up. a couple times they even waited a few seconds before hanging up! noticed my ordered was canceled, although it wasnt...read full review
