I get the hype now. When I first walked in and was told that it was $15 for an hour with the cats in their enclosure I was a bit thrown off. I had a flight in a few hours and I was under the impression I could just drop in. I explained to the staff I only wanted five minutes with the cats to send some pics to my wife and the sweetheart at the counter allowed me to do so. I got a cherry iced latte and hit the enclosure. The concept is great, but the execution lacks. We arrived at 1050 for an 11 AM reservation. The same person who was taking cafe orders was checking in people who weren’t having snacks/drinks. It really slowed down the entire process, to say the least. We ordered a mimosa (me) a lemonade and a brownie and water. We didn’t receive these items until 11:18.
