The food was all delicious - including our schnitzel sandwich + side of kasespatzel, pretzel + beer cheese, and Hawaiian Flammkuchen. Our 6 month old sends compliments to the owner and chef for being so helpful for her to have some plain cooked carrots! Service was incredible and friendly and we definitely will need to return!

My only complaint is limited seating inside. Great German food and beer.

Our local daughter took us there (twice!) during our recent visit. It easily lived up to the stellar ratings. The food is excellent and the staff welcomes you like family. The owners were also terrific about making adjustments to accommodate food allergies.Know that inside seating is limited so a few groups will fill it. They have a picnic table 'beer garden' outside that can seat many more people when the weather is cooperating.

Delicious food, friendly people, good beer, and lots of vegetarian options. A friend in Dayton recommended Tuba and we were so glad that we tried it. The Swabanatian (a German fusion Cincinnati chili) and the Dinette (flatbread with potatoes and leeks) were both excellent. The pretzel with spicy mustard was a nice appetizer. They had a good selection of draft beer (we enjoyed two locals from Westside), plus more canned/bottled German options. We also enjoyed talking with the owners and other customers. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the Cincinnati area.Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian options with protein.

Quirky German Joint. Worth a trip. Great non-corporate take on German (kinda Bavarian) food. Everything was well prepared by someone who cared about what they were doing. Not the widest selection, but what's here is really good.Dietary restrictions: Asked about Gluten Free options for a future visit and was impressed with their willingness to accommodate.Wheelchair accessibility: During the outdoor season, there's a wheelchair accessible option.

Perfects not a thing. But man. This as close to a perfect German restaurant you’re gonna find in the NKY/Cinci area. We will be running all of our family here as soon as we can. Keep up the great work Tuba team!

I think I fell in love with Tuba. It feels like you’re stepping into a little European tavern, everyone inside was happy and nice, including all the locals who seem to flock to the place. I ordered the Schnitzel sandwich, what a treat! I can’t wait to go back with my wife so she can understand my new obsession.

I will admit it has been awhile since I’ve been to Tuba but I will say that when it comes to craving pretzels, Tuba does it right. The owners are amazing people who are very passionate about the food they serve. They are very much a “buy local” restaurant and whatever is not made in-house is sourced from local vendors. The Swabian style pretzels are fantastic. The unique shape allows for you to get both fluffy, soft bits of pretzel along with a thinner crunchier portion as well. Let’s talk about mustard. Drew, the owner, makes his own and I swear it’s some of my favorite mustard on the planet. I buy it in bulk to make my deviled eggs with as well as put it on all the sandwiches. ALL of them. You may say, “well who has a favorite mustard? I don’t even like mustard!” Then I would say, “me. I have a favorite mustard and I get it at Tuba Baking Company.”

Love this spot in Dayton KY. Really great food and interesting beverage selections! Currywurst was cooked really well, the sauce was on point, and the fries were crisp. It's a cozy space inside, but they are putting in a tent on the patio to serve outside year round too, so it should be easier to find a spot in the cold months.

A sweet, small little spot that you absolutely have to try if you're in the area. We can't wait to go back- had a lovely conversation with one of the owners at the end of an evening after having enjoyed some brews and out-of-this-world dessert.

Small mom and pop restaurant that serves genuine German food. The pretzels are hot and fresh. Try the beer cheese with them, it is fantastic. We came for pretzels but will return for lunch. Try the pickles they are crisp with little spice and sweet taste.
