Drive through customer. This Arby's asks you to pull forward even when there is no one in line behind you. They explained it was for a more efficient operation when what it is really about is being able to show short wait times. It is not more efficient for someone to walk the food out instead of handing it through the window.
Stay away from this Arbys. Everything about this place is a joke. They hired my son in at $12 per hour. His first check he received was only $9 per hour. They said they fixed it and he would be reimbursed next check. He was not. It is over $100 they owe him and refuse to reimburse it now saying they’re unable to. I called to get copies of all his paperwork and the GM talked over me before I could even finish talking then began screaming and yelling before hanging up...read full review
this review comes from a frequent customer and normally, a great review. Father's Day dinner sucked! almost $23 and 4 slices of meet per sandwich on the four beef-n-cheddars I bought. Cheese globbed mostly on the side and oozed out onto the wrapper. 2 large curly fries, because once again, you were out of baked potatoes. Curly fries tasted recooked in oil and we're dry inside and hard on the outside. Not sure if you lost the good management that was here but that's not an excuse...read full review
