I give it a 3 1/2 only because I was shocked when I opened my Coney to see the sz(smaller)difference from the last time I had Gold Star. The container it was in was lit almost 2xs longer than the Coney's are now. $2.99 is not worth how small they are compared to what they used to be. Anywhere you eat it's NOT, YOU GET MORE FOOD FOR YOUR $$$, it's NOW, YOU GET LESS FOOD FOR YOUR $$$. It's actually really sad.

I haven't been to Goldstar in decades. Decided to try it out and forgot how many options they had. Still not a fan of the chili but the cheeseburger was tasty and crinkle fries were fantastic!

Was late getting there. It was almost closed yet they allowed us to dine in and allowed us to order anything that we wanted. Very hospitable waitresses and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We stayed way past closing and yet they were so polite.
The chili was great and the loaded fries was pretty awesome.
The prices were reasonable.
They even share their knowledge about the area and possible places to stay for the night.
