While your manager at Crestview Hills KY has decided to ask my husband and myself not to come back to this restaurant just know that this is based on one side of the story. The previous situation had already been taken care of by Nick the GM but in Britanny's story about the tip being taken back she neglected to mention her behavior towards us and her comment about being done with being nice and throwing a box upon the cooler. Best experience ever
We waited 5-10 minutes before we were greeted by anyone. The food was great but it took over 30 minutes to receive and the restaurant smelled like sewer.
