Customer service absolutely horrible. We ordered a slice and twist or whatever with the bread sticks and pizza. We wanted it with just with one just cheese and one with pinapple and cheese. We get home and there was pepperoni and pinapple. We go back to the store because they DID NOT tell us that it was just pepperoni. I’m guessing it was the manager or whoever came up to us and said they couldn’t remake it and whoever put pinapple on it “did us a favor” and was just rude...read full review

Tried to order some pizzas for pickup. I tried to order online but it kept switching to delivery and they want an additional 15 dollars for delivery. I could not get of hold of anyone on the phone. I went elsewhere. Trying to order from here was a waste of time.

Received the wrong order…. DoorDash said they tried to tell the restaurant to fix it and they refused to, said same type of situation happened right before my order. I called the store the restaurant guys were not willing to make it right & so DoorDash initiated a refund. I waited 12 days for the refund per their email, never got refunded. Two weeks after this garbage situation I had to file a refund through my bank. Not worth the hassle to ever order here again.
