I was not pleased with a worker lighting up a cigarette right outside the door and not at least 8 feet from the building. I ended up seeing a driver plow into three cars two, three and four spaces from me, then back up into the first car, ripping the poor guy's bumper off. The teamwork that ensued as the driver sped off to get law enforcement engaged was some of the best I have seen. While I don't want to go back through that fiasco again, it might be worth it to...

My food was hot. I tried the new quarter pounder and it was very good. I hope that they start doing that for their other burgers. The employees were polite and did what they could to make my visit a good one.

Drive thru order was delayed and then they got it wrong. Person taking the money was behind a dark window didn't even know if someone was there. Then they were very soft spoken with a loud fan above their head you couldn't understand them.
