If I could give this restaurant a negative rating, I would. The service is slow, they don't care if you've been waiting for more than 25 minutes. The worst service in the world. I would never come here even if I were starving. I'd rather not eat before coming here again.

I go here often and when I order it on the app it seems to be fresher. I got the big Mac meal and fries and big Mac were cold and bottom bun was hard. Couldn't go back I had to be at work. I usually get good food here but not today. It went straight to the garbage. Coke was good though

My order was messed up not once twice but three times and the sad part a manager fixed it the third time. Teenagers playing on their cell phones, cussing while working on the front line, ruff housing, and not paying attention to anybody's orders. Drive the extra few miles to Walton for better service.

McDonald’s don’t start making food until someone shows up ordered breakfast 1030am they gave me 1106 door dash delivery time the guy showed up they canceled my order cause it was after 11 it was lunch time

I just recently moved to Crittenden and I work down the street, that being said, I have been here a handful of times, and each and every time the food was cold, they supposedly never got my mobile order, took money from my mobile order and refused to make the food even after I showed them proof. Then the attitude from literally everyone there including managers is truly outrageous...I'm speaking of 2nd shift, something has to be done.

This is a fantastic pit stop. Clean, quiet, accurate, fast, and friendly. I have never been more impressed by a mcdonalds. Came around the evening and night.
People working there couldn't be any friendlier. Or courteous. But we got some one else's order. Realized this after we are on the interstate so tomorrow is a new day.

We just moved here and the 3 times we have been to this location has been horrible nasty cold food. I placed a $40 online order still waited 30 mins we didnt order anything to hard 2 $5 meals 2 lods meals and 5 snack wraps . I was missing nuggets for the $5meals and burgers thrown together and cold fry old and then the snack wraps looked pitiful for it to be the first day back on the menu not to mention hard and cold I called and asked for gm to call me since she wasn't there but still haven't got a call back so I will be taking it to corporate as we shouldn't have to drive to another city to go to a mcdonalds because people dont wanna do there job properly. This store needs new management

Ordered a chicken nugget happy meal, Got home to find out there was no chicken nuggets in the happy meal box. 100 out of 100 times every item you order will be wrong. It’s a joke how horrible this place has gotten in the last 12 months
