Me and my sister went in there yesterday morning 6-8-25.. we both had ordered she got two sides of breakfast sauce I got two sides of breakfast sauce they put it in one big container expecting us to double dip which is gross.. so my sister politely tells them about it they automatically get an attitude including the manager.. so my sister ask them could you please separate this because we don't want to double dip.. both a young girl and the manager had a cow because we asked them to do that because they were out of the little containers.. they come back with the big containers and only had put a drop in there to be Petty.. they were arguing with us the whole time.. as if those containers were coming out of their paychecks or something. I lost it because it was the ultimate disrespect as we could hear them behind the counter talking crap about me and my sister all over a cup of breakfast sauce which was unnecessary very unprofessional I've grew up in Crittenden and Grant County all my life I know how these places run and how they are being ran currently is horrible they need to fire all them employees it rehire new ones they were even being too rude to the people behind us.. Grant you this was in the morning which is breakfast time which is one of the busiest times because everyone likes McDonald's breakfast.. not to mention they left the counter unattended multiple times when they asked the coworkers to go up there and run the register attitudes were given. I would not be back at this location I will drive another exit down to Dry Ridge they are the better McDonald's..

Place is atrocious with garbage, the can outside over flow onto sidewalk and parking lot.. after ordering food and four trips back to the counter get everything we ordered and changing out all the messed sandwiches and drinks that wasn’t given to us and all the attitude from employee's. Unhappy we ate anyway. after finishing there was no place to put trash all cans full and a huge line of people complaining and people coming inside from drive thru with messed up orders… very poorly managed.. we will be joining the long list of people no longer going to this location.. don’t waste your money here.

Unbelievably bad service. Ordered at kiosk since nobody came to counter, and 15 minutes later we received our totally cold food. A replacement burger took another 15 minutes. Others waiting too, and no manager came out to address our delays. Worst McDonals ever.

Literally the most disgusting McDonald's I've ever been to. There were underwear in the trashcan in the women's restroom and just garbage all over in the restroom and the dining room.
Worst experience ever, was ignored at the register for nearly 10 minutes, told about half the items I was ordering were not available, was over charged and half of the food that I did get was done wrong. Refund to acknowledge the errors when called out on it

Rebecca C. Was absolutely wonderful, helpful and kind. Did her darnedest to accommodate everyone coming in to the best of her ability while only having two employees in the building. Will absolutely come to this mcdonalds anytime as long as she's an employee there!!!
