I ordered in the Drive Thru and after paying for my food I was told to go park in a space. I politely explained I was willing to pull forward but in the drive thru but was unwilling to park my car in a space since it was Drive-thru. The lady I assume to be the manager began speaking to other employees like I couldn't hear her. Then came outside and actually proceeds to demand the car in front of me go park in a space since I wouldn't and called me something I'm not entirely sure I can put on a Google review and refused to give me her name.

There rud including management there dirty the person taking my order had a Hugh piece of tissue hanging out his nose and his manager was 5 feet away doing nothing the management was not only rude to the customer she was very mean and disrespectful as she yelled and cursed at the other employees right there on main line it is always a terrible experience to go to the Crittenden McDonald's any time after 4pm
I've been in this McDonald's two times maybe three. There have been issues every time. The first stop I made they were out of the breakfast burritos. The second time I went was today I got a double quarter pound of cheese. It was the driest hamburger I've ever had ever the bun was even falling to pieces cause it was so dry, it's probably the worst McDonald's experience of my life cold fries

McDonald’s must just be having trouble finding enough enough good help. One person took our order and then went back and had to help make it. I got to say the quality was what you would expect. But I’m not sure we could still call it fast food.
