There is one particular person there that has been rude not once but twice by my family within a weeks time! We went to dine in and as we ordered they said his name is Quinin I believe turned and looked at his manager and said see I told you we should’ve locked the doors I said excuse me what time do you close he said midnight but we are short on people we only have 3 and I said well we are expecting 3 more people and he turned away asking someone if they had any meat left there is 3 more coming! First off if he doesn’t like his job find another it’s not the customers fault your short staffed!! That visit was Friday I believe. Tonight we stopped at the drive thru and my daughter orders a kids nugget meal the worker said what do you want to drink she said tea, very rudely he says what so she repeated it and said sir your being very rude and he proceeds to tell her I’m not taking your order! And tells someone else to take it! This being the same kid that was rude just a few days earlier! The manager acts like it’s no big deal he says I’m sorry about that really twice now this child has got attitude with the same customer and that’s all you have to say! Very rude and I did send a message for their owner people like him should not be working if he doesn’t want to deal with the public!!!!!

Avoid this Wendy's! Stopped for dinner while on family road trip. Went through drive through and 2/4 sandwiches made wrong, then my fish sandwich was cold. Went in to dining area to get sandwiches corrected and stopped by a very rude employee advising me that I would have to go back through drive through to get our sandwiches fixed. Although they did fix our order, the experience felt very awkward- like we had to be the ones apologizing for inconveniencing teenagers to make our order right. Yikes. Take a hard pass here.

One of the most disgusting places ive ever been too. Had family work there before, bragged about farting in the freezer. Granted the freezer food are all sealed up but still is the principal.Very unsafe environment to work in most of the workers doesnt wear gloves. They do wash their hands constantly.Would advise to stay away from this location.Undercooked food.
The manager is amazing. This is one of the 2 Wendy's I only will ever go to. They fixed an order that wasn't their mistake, and made it right for us. Great staff and great service. Love this location!

So I ordered the #4 with an added side a chili. The food tasted great unfortunately though when I pulled the fries out of the bag it was less than half full. I even checked the bag incase they fell out and there wasn't even one stay fry. I was going to let that slide because I never eat all the fries anyway but then I get the chili out and it was just chili flavored beans and onion, I mean no meat whatsoever. Since in my opinion wendys always had the best chili I was very disappointed ?
