Hire a knowledgeable chef/cook. The food was terrible!
Don't allow smoking. The smell of cigarette smoke was stifling.

I found this place by accident on a trip to Indiana last year. Very old school, very southern, very good. The Apple pie was so fresh it was still hot!

We ate there today 3-4-23 and it was terrible. The open face was nasty. The waitress and here friends or family were sitting around smoking and talking about everything and anything. The guy was behind the counter smoking and washing dishes at the same time. We try to support local businessbut simply cannot support this one....
