Waiting for 49 minutes for food from drive through for one person meal, absolutely ridiculous service, if you are in a hurry, do not come here
just left there after waiting 25 minutes for my just a buger n fries took 5 minutes to get a refund they said the cheese on the burger was taking a long time to melt lmao what lazy ignorant humans I will never waist my time there again such a waist.
The food is terrific and so are the employees. The ice cream is fantastic. Whenever I’m in Harlan County this is the must stop place. This place has a great bear story and I love the t-shirts. I can’t say enough great things about the Hut. It’s so great it makes me want to move there. 😃
