Well I like Dairy Queen it is my favorite to eat but today we came in and stood there for a good 5 minutes and not one person acknowledged us in any way. I understand they were busy and I understand that but not one employee said hello or we will be just a minute I’d of have been perfectly fine with that. It was a hard decision but we decided to leave and still no one said anything.
Use the app they say. Used the app and went to get my salad and they had given it to DoorDash. DoorDash brings it back in after I have had to come inside to resolve the problem. They tried to give me the salad DoorDash had taken. You don’t offer someone something that has already left the store. $22.00 for 2 combos. Asked for onion and mayo to be added to a chicken sandwich. Asked for ranch to dip fries in.
Burger was overcooked. They put ranch on the chicken sandwich and NOTHING ELSE. Just a piece of chicken and ranch on a bun.
And when I called to ask about a credit for future order I was told I’d have to drive back to town to prove the order was wrong.
