The reason for the 2 star rating from me is bc they (Cynthiana Ky location) close down the dining room quite often & serve from the drive thru only. Then the drive thru has a line around the building & when I see that, I just go somewhere else to eat.And this is not only getting old, it's far beyond that now.So I cannot give them a very good rating for that very reason.
The first instance with the front line employee was not the greatest even if from lack of communication I felt like she should have been more professional but once the manager stepped in she was more than professional and actually talked me into applying for a job 2ith them ??

Good and cheap place to eat, it is Taco Bell/KFC after all. However, this place is back to drive-thru only and you will wait in that line for quite a while. Dining room has been closed the last week.
