First thing was I stepped on a scoop of ice cream left in middle of floor. Second no greeting of any kind waited 10 mins and not one of girls asked my order. This is unacceptable and.i will be taking this further up the chain of command!!!!!

The Hours of Operations on your window says something completely different. I brought 4 children to your store tonight and your employees locked the door at 9:15 pm as we are getting out of the car. There was a line at your drive thru. We knocked on the window and was ignored several times. Finally a young lady comes to the door to tell us that they closed at 9. Even though your hours of operation on your window says 10 pm & also 10:30 pm 7 days a week. As Im sitting here writing this, my children are crying & upset because they wanted Baskin Robbins. Then as we sit here we watch 3 other families come here only to knock on the door & be told they are closed. If your closing at 9pm that’s fine but you should change the times you have in your windows! You have it in 3 different places that you close at 10 & 10:30pm!!! One family walked 2 miles from their home to get ice cream.

Went there today. Patiently waited for my order to be taken while the the lady who seemed to be alone in the store handled some drive thru orders. My daughter was sitting at a table and I was standing near my daughter waiting to order as we were right next to the counter. 3 gentlemen came through the door and walked up to the counter and I assumed the lady would politely tell the customers who just walked in she’d be right with them and take care of our order. With no integrity she took the orders of the three gentlemen. I felt disrespected and left.
