We brought a large group, unexpectedly, on Tuesday afternoon. Drive-thru was busy as well & only 1 worker was there & she not only showed great patience but was also very friendly and hustling very hard to get everyone served! Don’t know her name, but she deserves recognition & a raise!! For running this busy store all by herself! Everyone in our group also loved all the different flavors of ice cream!

Love Baskin-Robbins, who wouldn’t? As a child it was so exciting to go here for a treat every once in a while. Now as an adult, I’m reliving my childhood more often by taking my daughter. I don’t know how it is that their ice cream doesn’t seem to irritate people who have dairy digestion issues. It was a wonderful surprise. If I had any wishes, I’d love to see a Baskin-Robbins location opened up around the by-pass in Danville or even nearby cities. It’s only a convenient location for Centre College Students or those living/working downtown. It’s out of the way for the general public to access. My 5th star was only withheld for this reason. They are quite expensive, but the intensity of the flavors equal the trade-off!😋

I had a milkshake made with coconut and peanut butter chocolate ice cream. It was so yummy!
First thing was I stepped on a scoop of ice cream left in middle of floor. Second no greeting of any kind waited 10 mins and not one of girls asked my order. This is unacceptable and.i will be taking this further up the chain of command!!!!!
