For some reason my tandoori chicken tasted like queso. Do not recommend at all. I couldn’t finish it because it was so bad. It smelt like bleach in there and we kept getting weird smells. Absurdly expensive for such poor food served with plastic utensils. The servers were nice.

I would say this is one of the most inspirational places in Danville. The woman that opened this store is a hard working great person that fights to keep things going every day. Every time I go in the she is working herself and always is very polite and helpful. I can see if that she is juggling a lot and I see that she strives to do her best. I can't leave out the food though it is some of the best food around, it's I believe a mix of Jamaican/American food and it is very good. If you haven't ate here or got to experience it I highly suggest it.

Came in Friday night. They were busy, however the blonde girl was extremely rude, slow and kept dissappearing leaving the other girl to work by self. Ill continue to go, just on Wednesday or Saturday.

My wife got the appetizer platter and I got a chicken sandwich. Blue Grass Pizza was closed so this is our new go to place. Food was excellent and good value. Good people as well. We went there to eat so we don't care about the yuppie and hippie crap!!

Thursday night. Refused to allow take-out order: (1) phone was constantly busy for 20 minutes (we called every 15 seconds for 5 minutes, then once per minute for the rest. (2) We arrived at bar and while staff made eye contact, they ignored us for 10 minutes. We gave up

I don't usually post bad reviews of local businesses, but I feel compelled to write this one. I have eaten here four different times and it has been mediocre 3/4 times, but my most recent experience that prompted this review was just outright awful. (Saturday, 9/20 at about 6pm)
It wasn't too busy. There were maybe 3 other occupied tables and maybe 4 patrons at the bar. We seated ourselves right by the bar, and then waited 10 minutes or so to be acknowledged by a server. That was only after someone who looked like a manager or owner noticed us sitting without drinks or anything, and despite the fact that there were several people behind the bar and going in and out of the kitchen. On the bright side, the drinks came out quickly enough after that.
We decided to start with the elote fries, since we had ordered them previously and really liked them. Unfortunately, when they made it out to the table, the fries were cold and mushy and the toppings were barely lukewarm. They were inedible. I hate causing a ruckus in restaurants, so we then sat there hoping to be able to surreptitiously get the attention of our server for a decent amount of time, but it truly seemed like the only table she had that mattered was the party of three outside. I finally got her attention, and they were remade for us, but it was a hassle. I think we probably would have left if we hadn't already put in our entree orders.
We both ordered masala burgers. My girlfriend got fries as her side, and I ordered onion rings. Since I have had the masala burger here before and was underwhelmed (good burger, not enough masala), I asked for extra masala sauce. When the food came out, I got fries instead of the onion rings I ordered, and I didn't get the extra sauce until I was halfway through my burger. I know that I could have said something and had the order corrected, but I had worked 12 hours that day and I was tired and starving.
Add to that the fact that there were two groups of customers who kept dueling with the volume of the two TVs over the bar on different football games, and I just wanted to get out of there. The TVs were so loud that we couldn't carry on a conversation, even halfway yelling at each other.
We ate as quickly as possible, I paid (and even tipped a decent amount), and we booked it. As I said at the beginning of this review, I have given this establishment multiple chances. I want to like it there. It is apparently well liked by many in the community. But the only halfway decent experience I have had there was on a Thursday at around 2pm as the only customer in the place.

The food was mediocre at best. I'm not sure how you can mess up a hotdog but somehow they managed to do it. The atmosphere... well this place definitely could use some work! Kind of seemed dirty in my opinion. The only saving grace was that the service was friendly and prompt.
Overall, it was a disappointment.

No complaints. Our waitress was prompt and friendly, and checked on us appropriately. Food was well cooked and tasty.
My husband and I shared the sampler and a burger. We had too much to eat and brought some home.
We'll be back.

We stopped in today for a late lunch early dinner, the staff was super friendly and very attentive. The food was some of the best we’ve had at this type of establishment!! We’ll definitely be back for some more of the wings!!
