I like Burger King. If you’ve read my previous reviews you would know that BK is in my top-five for fast food. This location caused me to pause… The Bacon Double Cheeseburger that kicked back for about three hours, and the cold stale fries could not be easily washed down by the flat coke. Sorry, but this location could use some TLC in the quality control department.

Women working drive through wanted to keep rushing & being rude to us slamming doors in the drive through and all. We also asked for no tomato’s but got double the tomatoes so service wasn’t good for us.

Went thru the drive thru on lunch break and the woman passing food out was very rude telling me to pull up and when I tried to explain I was on lunch to get very hateful with me and slammed the window in my face rolling her eyes at me.

Stayed there for bout 15 minutes waiting for my order, got back home and NO EGGS on the 2 breakfast burrito jr's, so I called and told them that they didn't put the eggs on my burritos, and Ramona the manager seemed very rude when she was speaking to me and was like are you going to come back for them and hung up the phone, NO I WONT BE BACK FOR THE EGGS THAT YOU DIDN'T PUT ON THEM , NOR WILL I BE BACK THERE ANYMORE, Y'ALL JUST LOST A CUSTOMER

had to pull up n wait 5 minutes for the new pickle fries..and what a disapointment they gave us old nasty soggy one on bottom half which were very dark and soggy n fresh on top...and went back in to get fresh ones n they gave us over cooked hard ones that u couldnt evwn eat.... and by this time my other food was nasty n cold....n the new mexican street corn whopper didnt even have corn...like wtf are they doin...get it together...

Ordered here not once but twice. The butthead who answered was rude. Screwed up my order then told me if was door dash fault. They made the food. They screwed up. The said it was cuz the didn't have the correct items. Then he should have contacted door dash and they would have contacted me. Not rocket science. And what they have is definitely not customer service. Just whatever they want to give I guess

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute worst service I've ever had in fast food. Sat at the speaker for 15 minutes before the lady taking orders said a word. Then I slowly tell her what I want, and I wait another 10 minutes for a response. Then she says "I'm sorry, what was that again?" And I say "nevermind" and she goes "next time learn how to talk into the speaker". Um no. Next time learn how to take someone's order. I loudly and slowly ordered my food. In plain clear English, the language that YOU speak. I shouldn't have to spell it out for you. Yall need to stop hiring drug addicts to work night shift because it's getting intense. You should have seen the line there tonight it was awful. And they weren't even short staffed.
