It'd be nice for once to get zesty sauce with the onion rings when its specially requested. But I will NEVER happen. Lucky if you get anything requested. I wouldnt go but my kid requested it and once again my meal is ruined by people who dont care.

If I could I would leave a zero star if it’d let me. Waited for 45 minutes. ONEE PERSON INFRONT OF US. they waited a good 15 minutes to even order. I had to call the place for them to take the order through the speaker. RUDE employees, eye rolls, smartalic hand motions signing to pull our car forward. LOL

Whopper was delicious and fresh, French fries were piping hot...but these onion rings! Hell to the naw, they are only minced onions, no real onion inside. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. 5 stars of not for the face @zz onion rings!
I don't know why I got to keep saying this at Burger King.... Giving out extra condiments is not going to make or break you.... It's going to build a customer base that knows you care when they ask for extra condiments you'll give them extra continents. I bought eight sandwiches ask for a big hand of mayo and they gave me two.... I extra ketchup they gave me five.... I then said I need more please and they gave me attitude....

If I could give it zero stars I would. Lady at counter said she didn't know how to use the app coupon for a bogo and didn't care. Even said they weren't doing the bogo that day on the app anyway when I had a notification earlier that day for it, that's the only reason I stopped there. Very poor customer service at this place, food is not up to par either. Stay away if possible.
