Walked in tonight at 4:15 and was seated in a far corner... there was maybe 6 tables with actual people and a couple at the bar. We sat for over 15 minutes with no acknowledgement or hey I'll be right there, etc. It was our first time there and at $25+ a pop I would expect much better service. We got up and left without even the slightest peep from anyone. If your real hungry I suggest you go elsewhere.
I’m not one to post about issues at restaurants but….today is a new day. We had a reservation at 6 pm for 4 at Copper & Oak. When we arrived - we were informed we had ONE HOUR to order and dine due to it being NYE. This timeframe was not conveyed to my husband when he MADE the reservation. If it had been shared with him we would have chosen another restaurant. But here’s the most absurd part - if we’d been a party of SIX we would been ALLOWED to enjoy a leisurely dinner....read full review
On Copper & Oak’s own Facebook page, they are labeled as a burger restaurant. On their website the “Lunch & Dinner Menu” has several burgers listed. Yet when we got there after 4 pm, there was only 1 burger on the menu. We asked our waitress and apparently we had the dinner menu, and the lunch menu is different. There are no separate menus online and we came specifically to try those burgers.
