Went there with the grandkids tonight was told one section was close not a problem. We went to other seats was severed part of our Order . They they came out told us we were setting in a closed area again . There was no place for us to seat down . And they didn’t care I refused to move and she got load so I did too . Then I took some pictures and they threw me out and wanted me too delete all pictures. Never be back there again so I’m calling on all my friends and family and most important to all veterans to boycott this place . This could be your family next

Favorite Turd

Your employees telling drive thru customers they can't have ice cream but we can see them serving it to customers inside the restaurant. Also, a lot of play time going on with the employees but not the best customer service. Seems like children are running the show. Where is the manager? Somebody needs to be grown up and in charge. I know you don't care but I vote with my dollars and am more than happy to buy a pint of haagen dasz at Walmart across the way.

I had gone there the other day and this worker David was very unfriendly and seemed stuck up while giving me service. The food and ice cream was good but David was very unpleasant while giving me service.

Quit pre making the ice cream orders ! Tired of getting a melted down blizzard! Waited in a long drive thru line and she didn’t turn my blizzard like they are suppose to because it was runny and melted! Yuck!

We just got a couple of Blizzards and a cone. The cashier was a very pleasant young man. Our order was quickly prepared.
The only bad point was a Cookies n Cream item that disappointed my wife, as the "Cookies" were only cookie crumbs.

Ordered breakfast in the drive thru- they pulled me to the front. Waited 20 mins and watched the worker handing the same bag into 3 different cars. Each opened it and then gave it back. Finally she brought it time. I asked what was in the order and it wasn’t what I ordered. She said they must have got my order wrong. She then brought out a small bag with about $6 worth of food. It was completely wrong my order was $23 and change. So I took it back inside. There were three others at the counter with wrong orders as well. The same girl that took my order came over and asked if she could help. I tried to explain what was going on. She began yelling at me - so I matched her volume. I told her that all I wanted was what I paid for and asked for another employee. The 2nd lady came over and I told her to just take the order back and refund me. She asked for a receipt. I wasn’t given one. But I had the transaction number on my phone from my CC. She found my order and gave me what I paid for. It wasn’t absolutely not even close to my order. I had 35 mins into it at this point. I took the food and thanked her. Got home and opened the bag. It still wasn’t correct. Didn’t even match the messed up order on the duplicate receipt. It was cold and greasy. Ended up throwing it away.
I have contacted the corporate office. The name on the duplicate receipt was Megan McCormick.

Melinda, the employee on day shift today around 1:30 PM was SO personable and friendly! Not only was the food perfect, she went out of her way providing excellent customer service and a true gem working within the public! The lady that took our order at the drive thru was seemingly irritated and very impatient with us. We had a hard time finding pricing on the menu and instead of helping or offering suggestions, all she would do would be to ask if we were ready every 10 seconds. Very rude, at the window, no greeting, didn't turn the blizzard upside down like she's supposed to, no thank you, handed items ordered to us, and shut the window. I'll definitely avoid this location.
