I have been here a lot, and the food was amazing, but there was one person who went above and beyond and stood out the most, her amazing bubbly personality really brightens up the whole room, her name was dalanee i believe and just really made our whole day!

This Fazoli’s continues to be awesome. Well-managed, well ran, and a great atmosphere. Lanee was working up front today, and was absolutely killing it. She complimented my wife’s hair and smile and my son’s shoes, and was just super friendly and outgoing! The food was great, the restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly. The door was held open for us as we walked in by the employee working drive thru, we were greeted at the counter, etc. Great job!

New to town and just tried out a Fazoli's for the first time. The girl working upfront named Dalanee was very sweet, and helped me decide what I should try out. Everything came out hot, fresh, and quick, and had enough to take home for another meal! Will definitely be coming back!
Fazoli’s really outdid themselves—served me a breadstick with a lovely hint of mold, aged to perfection. I showed it to the staff, who looked at it like it was an algebra question. One even blinked twice, which I think means “we don’t know what bread is.”
If you’re craving disappointment with a side of confusion, this is the spot.

my family and i have never had a bad experience here!! last time we came by i ordered the ultimate sampler and it was DELICIOUS! the staff are always so kind, and they stay on top of keeping the dining area clean and inviting. the fettuccine alfredo is also another top favorite! one of my favorite restaurants here in Danville.
