I asked the drive thru lady if they got 2 kids meals on there and she said yes we got that. Then I get home and only 1 kids meal. Also looked like someone put a ton of crushed red pepper ontop of my food.

On New Year’s Eve, an unexpectedly unpleasant experience, the food was great, but when I went to find a seat literally every booth/seat had crumbs on them and were dirty, the store was not busy at this time was about 2:30pm, I saw another guest ask a worker to wash off a table so she could sit down, the worker washed the singular 1 table knowing the others were dirty then went back behind the counter, usually dalanee takes care of us and it’s always an amazing experience every table is clean everyone is happy, and she was not here this day, will not be back if I do not see her behind the counter, do better Fazolis. ☹️

we decided to dine in tonight and we were absolutely blown away by the food quality and customer service. the young girl who took care of us (it was 5pm on 12-28-25) had braids and glasses and went above and beyond to make our experience amazing! our food was hot and fresh and it was one of the best experiences i’ve ever had at a restaurant.

Was served old lasagna with fresh alfredo didn't tell the difference from the fresh alfredo till I took a bite out of the old lasagna. Needless to say I was in the bathroom for hours relieving myself of this poisoning.

I have been here a lot, and the food was amazing, but there was one person who went above and beyond and stood out the most, her amazing bubbly personality really brightens up the whole room, her name was dalanee i believe and just really made our whole day!

This Fazoli’s continues to be awesome. Well-managed, well ran, and a great atmosphere. Lanee was working up front today, and was absolutely killing it. She complimented my wife’s hair and smile and my son’s shoes, and was just super friendly and outgoing! The food was great, the restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly. The door was held open for us as we walked in by the employee working drive thru, we were greeted at the counter, etc. Great job!

New to town and just tried out a Fazoli's for the first time. The girl working upfront named Dalanee was very sweet, and helped me decide what I should try out. Everything came out hot, fresh, and quick, and had enough to take home for another meal! Will definitely be coming back!
