The manager had two people working on a holiday and wasn't there to support them. The stress that puts on people is unacceptable, just close for the day. Find a better leader for this location. Take care of your workers.
The two staff were great, working a full joint as quickly as they could. Our wait person was friendly and honest about the wait on food. And the food was good.
