I was served a cold quarter pound burger in mobile order. I found out right after leaving. They wouldn’t refund my burger without me bringing it back. We talked to the CSR so long that my other food is no longer edible. And no refund. I shouldn’t have to bring back a burger for a refund. I don’t even live in this town! they don't give you an order the way you ordered it even when you repeat it they still mess it up then you try to call because the line is all the way around and no one answers ever ordered two Big Macs and ended up with two little bitty quarter pounders
