Can't rate lower if I wanted to. Ordered a frappe mocha with 3 shots of espresso. Wasn't expecting much and got the "McDonald's quality" I've come to expect as of recent. But as I was enjoying my subpar coffee, I couldn't help but overhear a manager yelling at her employee for simply stating who an order was for. No reason to have her in a position she clearly lacks the mental stability to hold. The young lady provided excellent service. 8/10 employee, 2/10 manager. At least they showed up. đ€Ą

If I could rate them lower, I would. We had a school bus and ordered online. One of our coaches took the receipt in and was told we couldn't have the food because it was in staging. She showed the paid receipt, and the manager was combative and rude. We are out $117 and have a bus full of hungry kids.

1 time out of 10...my order might be correct. Today...missing 10 piece nugget, last time...no cheeseburger, before that no nuggets...if ask for napkins be prepared for dirty looks....moldy bread, diet instead of correct drink!!!! Good grief...it's not rocket science.

I ordered a large caramel frappe so I could split it between two people and in the drive thru they gave me a small. I went back and looked at my mobile order I definitely ordered a large one. The manager was standing there cooking fries or whatever going on about how I âdefinitely ordered a smallâ without even reading my receipt. I went in and was just like hey I ordered a large and got a small. And they was ready to start fighting. I told who appeared to be the other manger that it was unnecessary to act that way. I heard them start cussing and crap as I walked out. Like guys itâs McDonaldâs itâs not that serious. The thing is I redeemed my points for that, I have to pay for food to get the points, when I order something I just want what I ordered regardless of how I paid for it. If it was them theyâd feel the same too. Like all the attitude, for what? Being wrong? Get a damn grip. Especially when my receipt clearly says large.

They had me wait for fresh fries which were undercooked I wanted sweet tea they gave me diet coke which is just nasty the worst McDonald's I've ever been to the food is poorly prepared

Added extra to my meal that I didn't order. Then acted like it was my fault. Acted like it was a huge thing to refund me the money for something I didn't even order. Ended up just paying for it and leaving without the extra. Got down the road and realized they had destroyed my order.
