Attempted mobile app twice and it said it declined my card. So I went inside store, where I was talked to like garbage from the manager. Ordered food again on kiosk. After getting my food and getting to my vehicle I find that my card was not declined twice before. It was charged. So in total I lost over 140.00 and no one will respond to me concerning this. Pretty sad for McDonald’s to be so desperate to hire someone that is not a people person and would take advantage of someone.
I frequent the Jane Trail location a lot when I run errands in Danville. Have never had a problem with any employee until the last couple weeks.
Apparently this one particular employee in the drive thru gets very offended if you tell her your order is wrong. When I try to tell her what my order should be, I’m told to “wait a minute”, “hold on”, “one thing at a time”, “oh my lord”. When I let her know I think she is being rude, she continues to argue with me...read full review
Food poisoning everytime I eat here from improper handling of the burgers. Not impressed.
