I ordered food through the the drive thru got home and I found hairs in my food. I went back for it to be replaced. They acted like it was no big deal almost didn’t want to replace the food. I saw while in there nobody was washing their hands and nobody was wearing hair nets or facial guards for facial hair. Get home with the replacement food, found more hairs and the food was prepared incorrectly.

I'v been here a couple times for my own food and for some reason there is a weird smell at this location. It's like a trash sewer smell that is really hard to not smell. So I don't know how other people can't smell it. I also do not get very good service every time I go.

It doesn't matter what time of night you go to the mcdonalds by Walmart, you ain't getting through the drive through in under 20 minutes rather your the only car or not, and in the instance you aren't the only person there, your definitely gonna be there longer than that. It like they only have one person working the night shift, in fact im pretty sure it has only been that one girl all by herself doing it all a few times here recently. They lie and say they don't sell ice cream on night shift or they lie and say the ice cream machine is broken only for you to discover it in fact does work because you wait 5 minutes in addition to the 30 it took you to get through the drive through and get your food, and go back through and someone else takes your order on the nights it isn't just the one girl, and they don't have a personal hatred for thevice cream machine so they in fact let you order your milk shake , cone, etc, that or you place an order on the app after being told no only to have it delivered right to your window . Must be magic they say! They are very seldom polite when taking your order, ways cutting you off mid sentence to ask if you need anything else or if that's all you need or just rudely blurt out a total for the first item you ordered while your trying to order more stuff as if they didn't hear you shouting into the microphone because they don't pay attention and always ask what but customers don't understand they aren't saying what as in I can't hear you, they said what because they wasn't paying attention or were talking over you but people commonly mistake that what to mean I can't hear you so everyone shouts. Also can't forget the fact that after 2 am sometimes 1 am if you ain't got cash you ain't getting food cuz why would you, I mean who doesn't carry cash these days in our electronically dominate society where debit cards rule the roost. Who cares if you don't want to get robbed and loose all your cash, you better get that money out the atm befor you even pull through or your screwed. I guess it's easier for them to steal cash than it debit card transactions , that's why they won't give you a receipt and take your payment at the second window. It's because they aren't ringing in your food folks and pocketing your cash. Im surprised no one has blown the whistle on this little scheme yet but to each their own, it's not the customer's loss anyway it's mcdonalds. And don't you dare even thinking about bringing to their attention that your 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal is missing nuggets and a toy and you wanted apples and fries not just fries, because they will literally call you a liar and accuse your crying child of eating them even though your child is crying because they have in fact not eaten and can't figure out why their at McDonald's but their box contained no food basically, just un eatable fries and dipping sauce for your nuggets that are m.i.a. this establishment really needs better management and to get their act together this is going on 7 or 8 years if not longer that the service has been exactly as described, I don't get it really, like is no one complaining, am I the only one who sees these things as a problem.

If you go through the drive thru, make sure you speak up. They are deaf and will ask at least three or more times and still get it wrong.
