Went to the drive thru and waited forever for someone to take our order, we ended up just going inside and there was still no one to take our order. Then saw a worker vaping in the kitchen, surrounding food. We left immediately. Definitely do not recommend and we will not be returning.

I ordered a shake and a mini Oreo blizzard the tasted great but was very messy and threw together terribly the customer service was horrible the woman at the window didn't say hello kiss my butt or anything she was to busy talking on the phone I couldn't even ask for napkins to wipe the sided of the cup off because she closed the window and walked off she never said one word the entire transaction I will not be back I'll spend my money somewhere im appreciated

Every sonic is a bit all over the place, I'm not expecting 5 star service but the one lady whose always in the drive through is ALWAYS complaining as she's taking your order. Usually I don't even care that much as long as what I order is fine but the food and drinks seem like they're actively going down hill. Tonight they gave me a cherry limeade that was pretty much just a 4$ sprite. This was the color, I got vs what's advertised. It was so bad I just threw it out

Ordered on the app. Then I went to the drive-thru and gave my name they gave me my drinks for the order, then told me to pull up and wait for my food. After about 20+ mins of waiting, I went inside and asked where my food was. I was told they never received my order. I knew it was a lie because they gave me my drinks, which were custom per my order. After a few minutes of pretending to be busy they asked what I ordered again, and then when I repeated an ordered they magically pulled a bag out and said "I'm so sorry" we got home and the food was cold. Come on do better...

Edit: I called the holiness like they requested. I was told they would escalate the issue, and I should hear from them shortly... I called them on the 27th. It is now the 1st. When can I start posting negative stars?
