I only got a peanut butter milk shake and it was way to thick to drink . If id wanted something to eat I would not of ordered a shake

Double Smash cheeseburger was good. The problem is, they fill the cup to the top with ice. So, you only get 1/4 of the cup of soda.

I would this place give 0 stars if I could. The foods never made right and they are always out of half the menu and on today's visit an African American lady claiming to be a night shift manager refused to remake my food or refund my order since I ordered on the app and used a discount but there was no way to fix it on the app either so I will not be back I will drive to Stanford or somerset for sonic I've never been told no I won't fix your order before by any other restaurant in the world they need to work on their customer service especially if she is a manager

Young lady taking orders had a huge issue with hearing properly. She repeated everything we said at least 3 times and still got our order wrong. Lady making our order was to worried about the boy in street clothes that went behind the counter with young kids. No gloves, didn't wash her hands after picking things up off the floor. Bathroom was di Irty both men & women.

Went to the drive thru and waited forever for someone to take our order, we ended up just going inside and there was still no one to take our order. Then saw a worker vaping in the kitchen, surrounding food. We left immediately. Definitely do not recommend and we will not be returning.

I ordered a shake and a mini Oreo blizzard the tasted great but was very messy and threw together terribly the customer service was horrible the woman at the window didn't say hello kiss my butt or anything she was to busy talking on the phone I couldn't even ask for napkins to wipe the sided of the cup off because she closed the window and walked off she never said one word the entire transaction I will not be back I'll spend my money somewhere im appreciated

Every sonic is a bit all over the place, I'm not expecting 5 star service but the one lady whose always in the drive through is ALWAYS complaining as she's taking your order. Usually I don't even care that much as long as what I order is fine but the food and drinks seem like they're actively going down hill. Tonight they gave me a cherry limeade that was pretty much just a 4$ sprite. This was the color, I got vs what's advertised. It was so bad I just threw it out
