Holiday drink are here!!! I ordered two drinks from my mobile app about 15 minutes before arriving and walked inside to pick them up. I waited on my order for a few minutes, then they called my name. The beverages were awesome....as always!! They were worth the wait!!

Waited 20+ minutes for my coffee, and when I asked politely, the barista loudly repeated that others had been waiting longer, purposefully shaming me instead of helping. Unprofessional and disappointing.
Honestly, it’s the little things. Love coming to this location because everyone is so nice and the service is always great. No complaints.
friendly employees, they always make my drinks exactly how I want <3
Their coffee still tastes burnt, anybody saying its good either is lying or has no tastebuds

First time in 20 years I think, kept meaning to stop in finally did. First visit this location.
I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for quite a while, in large part due to the convenience of its location. I can say, unequivocally, I won’t be going back. It’s worth it to make the drive to Berea or Richmond rather than use this store.
I’m not sure where the issue is, poor staffing, or low staffing, but their wait times are quite literally never shorter than 10 minutes, and often are closer to 30. It’s a gamble as to whether or not they will be sold out of their popular items—as they often are for the majority of the week.
The staff is, with the exception of one employee, regularly rude to their customers. One snarky comment can be ignored and chalked up to stress, more than one becomes a problem. Particularly when the customer is asking politely for information or assistance.
Just go across the street to Chic Fil A, or the Richmond or Berea store: they’ll treat you like family, serve you quickly, and never make you feel like a burden for daring to make a purchase at their establishment.
I love this Starbucks the workers are all so nice. Amy is my favorite, She is always smiling and so kind
I can make a better cup of coffee that doesn’t cost $10 at home. Just saying
A male server was completely rude to a dear friend of mine who is challenged. I was there, watching and letting him handle it, my friend is a sweet well mannered fellow. The guy taking his order was impatient and had him step aside because "he was slowing things down". Our friend loves Starbucks and goes daily! He very recently moved to Danville Kentucky. He loved the folks at his Starbucks in Florida. It shook him up after years of having people at Starbucks become friends of his. Please speak with your employees. The people in line were upset and tried to let him finish his order. I feel sure you don't want this to happen again.
Thank you
