I ordered through the subway app. I tried to call and ask if they can make sure that the knifes are clean due to a shell fish allergy. I call the store about 20x with no answer. When I got my food the chip was wrong.

Honestly would not recommend this subway. Since this location has gotten new owners they have gone downhill and penny pinch, especially on their veggies!! Their proportions have gotten even smaller for some reason since getting new owners. When I asked if I could get a side cup of sauce I was very rudely told no. I even told them I'd pay for it and was yet again rudely told no I couldn't and they don't do that. I can order a side cup of sauce in the app why can't I pay for it in stores? I don't try to be that person but i definitely wouldn't recommend. It was only me and my bf in line as nobody else was in the store and they acted like they didn't even want to serve us.

I love Subway but this location isn't a very good experience since the new owners took over. if you're expecting a real Subway experience I'd choose a different location. Very greedy with their toppings and wouldn't even sell me an extra sweet onion sauce cup for my sandwich. I'd rate a zero if I could.

This Subway has gone down hill so bad since it has changed owners! The bread was stale, the meatballs were old and rubbery! We will not be going back to this location for lunch anymore!

Above and beyond customer service. I had a larger online order this morning for my coworkers and I. In the process of grabbing my food I left my phone. Not only did she plug it up she used her detective skills to figure out where I worked and brought it back to me An insane amount of kindness, sadly I don’t recall her name but she deserves all the praise
